Welcome to Everysnap. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you (the client) and Everysnap regarding the use of our event services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.


1. About Us

Everysnap provides luxury photo booth, 360 booth and audio guest book experiences for weddings, corporate functions, resort events, and private celebrations. Our services are designed to enhance your event with style, creativity, and lasting memories.


2. Booking & Payments

- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date.

- This booking fee will be deducted from your total package price.

- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days before the event date.

- A booking is confirmed only after the booking fee is received and written confirmation is provided.

- Pricing and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.


3. Cancellations & Changes

- The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

- If cancellation is made after full payment but more than 5 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the booking fee).

- If cancellation occurs within 5 days of the event, no refund will be issued.

- Date changes are allowed free of charge if the new event date is within 30 days of the original booking, subject to availability.

- Rescheduling beyond 30 days may require a new agreement and could be subject to updated pricing or limited availability.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.


4. Service Conditions

- Everysnap will deliver, set up, and operate your chosen service as agreed in your booking confirmation.

- Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable space is available and that the venue permits our equipment and services.

- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by venue restrictions, weather, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Media Use & Guest Content

- By booking with Everysnap, you grant us permission to use photos, videos, and audio recordings captured during your event for marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website), unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

- Guests are expected to treat our staff and equipment respectfully. We reserve the right to end service early if safety or conduct becomes a concern.


6. Privacy & Data

- Client information is collected for communication and service fulfillment only. We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent. Digital files are stored temporarily and may be deleted after delivery.


7. Limitation of Liability

- Everysnap is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to service use.

- Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged digital files after final delivery.


8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will be available on our website or shared upon request. Continued engagement with Everysnap means you accept any updated terms.
